SHIPPING
American Nature Tale offers free shipping on single orders of $50 or more with a shipping destination to one of the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $7.95.
Shipments to AK, HI, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations will incur actual shipping charges based on package weight, size, and destination. The customer will be provided a shipping quote prior to shipping.
Customers must provide correct shipping and contact information with their order. We reserve the right to place orders on hold, or cancel orders, if we find non-verifiable shipping information.
RETURNS
All returns need authorization. If your selection does not meet your expectation, and it has not been opened or used, simply email us to receive return instructions. Returns must be requested within 10 days from its delivery date for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Should you receive a defective product or are missing an item, please notify us within 3 days via email for return instructions.
